HOW WE DESIGNED A PROGRAM FROM A THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
Each member of the group did a literature review based on our shared interest in experiential learning. It makes a program design a bit easier if everyone involved is in agreement about what type of learning they want to take place. This is a key first step to setting up the framework, and in this case it was simple because we are in this group to focus specifically on experiential learning.
Since all four members researched slightly different sources it gave us a rich and diverse base from which to draw out the best approaches and techniques to incorporate into our program design.
